6. 1) 3D Printing Artisan/Technician 
7. The 3D Printing Artisan/Technician will manage 3D printing and model making tasks, handling intricate parts with precision, patience, problem-solving skills, and accountability to consistently produce high-quality output in a repetitive work environment.

9. Responsibilities:
10. 1. Plan, execute, and manage 3D printing of product components, ensuring safety and quality.
11. 2. Prepare, slice, and post-process models, removing supports without damage.
12. 3. Fine sand, finish, and catalog production-ready parts.
13. 4. Coordinate with Painting and Assembly Technicians for seamless workflow.
14. 5. Assemble complex models and conduct thorough quality checks.
     
15. 2) Electronics and Model Assembly Technician 
16. The electronics and assembly technician will be responsible for the complete assembly of electric/electronic models, including highly precision electro-mechanical models and components.

18. Responsibilities:
19. 1. Assemble miniature gearboxes, drive mechanisms, and electro-mechanical components.
20. 2. Install electronic components, including various sizes of PCBs and LEDs.
21. 3. Provide hands-on feedback for designing PCBs, optimizing internal space and assembly time.
22. 4. Perform thorough quality checks on assembled products for accuracy.
23. 5. Ensure efficient and quick installations, optimizing assembly time.

25. 3) Model Painting Artist
26. Painting artist/technician will be responsible to accurately paint and detail models. The person MUST be able to handle various types of painting jobs on intricate and highly detailed models.

28. Responsibilities:
29. 1. Produce high-quality, accurately painted products with consistent color schemes.
30. 2. Create and use masking and painting templates for repeatability across batches.
31. 3. Accurately mask and paint models using airbrush, spray paint, and brushes.
32. 4. Apply decals precisely and consistently across similar models.
33. 5. Occasionally perform small assembly tasks.

37. Required Skills and Experience:
38. 1. Ability to handle intricate and delicate parts with precision.
39. 2. Capacity to perform repetitive tasks consistently without compromising quality.
40. 3 Skill in working with complex structures and ensuring accuracy in tasks.
41. 4. Experience with 3D printing, miniature/model making, electro-mechanical assembly, or detailed painting (airbrushing) is advantageous.

43. Language and Education:
44. 1. Must be fluent in speaking and understanding any two of these languages: Hindi, English, Telugu or Bengali
45. 2. Must have decent writing/typing skills in English
46. 3. Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade/High School
