  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and ensure that adequate controls and procedures are in place
  • Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales teams, marketing, HR, and finance, to align strategies, share best practices, and drive operational excellence
  • Represent the organization at external events, conferences, and industry forums
  • Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiencies within the zone
  • Implement best practices, standardize processes, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or field
