Job Title: Zonal Operation Lead - T-Fiber
Location: Hyderabad
Reports to: O&M Head
Days/Hours of work: 9 Hrs (Monday to Saturday)
Salary Range: Up to 7 LPA
Summary of Position:-
Experience on maintaining OSP & ISP Network of Telecom Project
Good understanding on DWDM, IP technologies, GPON & Fiber optics network
Knowledge on ITIL process & Incident Management. With entire field operation life cycle
Responsible for managing outages, SLA, uptime, service availability, root cause analysis in coordination with Field
Teams
Update and maintain documentation associated with processes and procedures
Continuously improve and develop systems to proactively monitor the infrastructure we manage
Generate key reports for Management including but not limited to: system availability, service level agreements,
ticket resolution and customer issues
Reviewing Trouble tickets with management and technical teams in line with process
Ability to work unsupervised, be a team player under pressure and should be delivering best in class service in
line with the organization standards
Responsible for report generation on Field Operations & compliance
Supervise a 24x7 Network Operation & maintenance & personnel management on field in the allocated
Zone
Managing all Field operations in the Zone allotted.
Managing & continuous GIS update on field level inventory.
In-depth knowledge on government regulations, requirements, guidelines, and industry. Experience on vendor management and crises management during major events, Reports to management.
Primary Responsibilities
Network Uptime as per Project SLA, Application Uptime, Services Uptime of Network devices.
No defect or Zero defect solution implementation & monitoring
Resolution of Non-Service Impact Incident within TAT with Zero Impact on Service
Planned outage with Zero Service Impact, Response time of OEM
Proactive Service Improvement Plan to be initiated across projects.
Coordination with internal stake holders and client interfacing and Maintaining of SLA, uptime, service availability, root cause analysis
Personal Specification Essential Desirable
Qualifications & Training Diploma/B.E / B.Tech in Electronics and Communications
Experience 5-6 years Experience in Transmission, Fiber, GPON, DWDM/CWDM/ASON, MPLS, IP, Wi-Fi, Broadband, UBR/LBR, Microwave, Satellite, Audio & Video Solution, Triple Play, Security Solution, Wireless Solutions.
Certification CCNA,CCNP , Data Center, ITIL, PMP, Prince2 preferred
ISO 27001, ISO 20001 understanding
Product Knowledge DWDM, FIBER, FTTx ,TCP/IP and QOS in the LAN, WAN and WLAN
EMS/NMS or any other EMS tools, WFMS tools, IBMS platform
