Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP).
  • Lead and motivate sales team to achieve targets as defined in the business plan
  • Build the framework for a sustainable business process including channel partners.
  • Drive business objectives innovative productivity improvement.
  • Motivate direct sales team to establish coverage and distribution to meet sales targets.
  • Guide the frontend demand team to help the liquidation at the farmer s end.
  • Utilize skills to generate high quality leads built a strong filed team.
  • Annual forecast of the product pipeline for both (short long term).
  • Responsible for account receivable.
  • Maintain a clear focus on new channels like Institutions and modern trade to build distribution, visibility and volumes.
  • Work towards reduction in sales cost with optimum utilization of resources.

What we are looking for:
  • 10+ years professional experience preferably in biological Agri-inputs. Agri Graduate/Postgraduate, coupled with Agri or general MBA preferred.
  • Experience in Agro input sales, BD, Marketing professional experience
  • Experienced in Sales management, Customer Relation Management
  • Large Customer management skills, Team player, Excellent communication skills (Oral written), customer handling skills.
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Customer service attitude
  • Strategic mindset to develop channel growth plan.
  • Team working and People Management Skills
  • Knowledge of local language /Products/Markets/ potential geographies.
