- Develop and execute sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP).
- Lead and motivate sales team to achieve targets as defined in the business plan
- Build the framework for a sustainable business process including channel partners.
- Drive business objectives innovative productivity improvement.
- Motivate direct sales team to establish coverage and distribution to meet sales targets.
- Guide the frontend demand team to help the liquidation at the farmer s end.
- Utilize skills to generate high quality leads built a strong filed team.
- Annual forecast of the product pipeline for both (short long term).
- Responsible for account receivable.
- Maintain a clear focus on new channels like Institutions and modern trade to build distribution, visibility and volumes.
- Work towards reduction in sales cost with optimum utilization of resources.

What we are looking for:
- 10+ years professional experience preferably in biological Agri-inputs. Agri Graduate/Postgraduate, coupled with Agri or general MBA preferred.
- Experience in Agro input sales, BD, Marketing professional experience
- Experienced in Sales management, Customer Relation Management
- Large Customer management skills, Team player, Excellent communication skills (Oral written), customer handling skills.
