. Lead end-to-end implementation of Zoho applications (Recruit, CRM, People, Desk, Creator, Analytics, Flow, and more).
. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable workflows and automations.
. Configure modules, approval workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations.
. Drive data migration, system adoption, and user training.
. Partner with stakeholders to improve processes and eliminate manual work.
. Manage implementation timelines, risks, and project milestones.
. Ensure data integrity, governance, and continuous platform optimization.
. 10 - 12 years of experience in Zoho implementation, business systems, or enterprise application management.
. Hands-on expertise with multiple Zoho products and workflow automation.
. Experience with Deluge scripting, APIs, integrations, and process design is a plus.
. Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
