Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled ZBrush Artist to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in digital sculpting, particularly in creating intricate organic forms, sacred motifs, and high-fidelity surface detailing. This role is critical in translating spiritual concepts into collectible works of sculptural luxury. You will work closely with our creative team, which includes our lead artist, high jewelry designers, head of CAD, and head of production, to produce production-ready models of divine figures and sacred objects rooted in symbolism, mythology, and sacred geometry. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Candidates currently based in Mumbai or willing to relocate will find this a particularly rewarding opportunity. Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-resolution 3D sculpts of sculptures and sacred forms using ZBrush, with strong attention to detail and fidelity to spiritual context
• Sculpt intricate organic elements, including anatomy, drapery, ornamentation, and textures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative direction, CAD, and manufacturing, to ensure models are production-ready
• Interpret 2D design inputs, sketches, and references into expressive and anatomically accurate 3D representations
• Contribute to design iterations and refinements to meet both aesthetic and manufacturing standards
• Maintain clean, optimized meshes for rendering and prototyping

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in 3D sculpting, with a strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of ZBrush
• Advanced knowledge of anatomy, surface detailing, and organic modeling techniques
• Experience working on collectibles, figurines, or high-luxury objects
• Ability to interpret conceptual references and translate them into refined digital sculptures
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work full-time from our Mumbai studio

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with divine, mythological, or symbolic art
• Exposure to the luxury design or high jewelry sector
• Familiarity with CAD workflows and prototyping processes
• Background in traditional sculpture, fine arts, or related fields
