Designation-Oracle Integration - Lead Consultant

Experience Range 12 to 15 Years

Location Pune

Notice Period Only Immediate joiners

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Integrations Lead Consultant to join our team, specializing in Application Managed Services (AMS) projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud integrations and extensive experience in managing and implementing integration solutions within AMS frameworks. This role requires excellent technical skills in Oracle Cloud Platform, integration tools, and API management, along with proven leadership abilities to guide a team through project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud integration solutions.
  • Manage integration projects within AMS frameworks, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams, clients, and project managers.
  • Participate in Change Control Board meetings and project reviews.
  • Monitor and report on project status, risks, and issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud integrations, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, and other integration tools.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and JSON/XML formats.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful integration projects within AMS environments.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Responsible and accountable for managing/owning Transition Phase and
  • Onboarding, Understand client requirements and existing systems
  • Secure all the details of the integrations from adaptors, Connections, Agent and Wallets.
  • Contribute to the AUD with the respective technical details of the integrations
  • Secure the Schedule and integrations Patterns with Documentations
  • Secure the ingress Rules and Egress rules related to Integrations
  • Responsible: Secure the SPOC for Communications/ Templates to Communicate Down time of the instance.
  • Set up initial integration points between Oracle Fusion and other systems
  • Knowledge Transfer Participate in KT sessions with the outgoing team
  • Day to Day Support

Responsible: Address integration related issues reported by users

Responsible: Monitor integration performance and data flow

Informed: Communicate with stakeholders about ongoing issues and resolutions

Accountable: Maintain documentation of integrations and updates

Responsible: Ensure the Error handling has been performed in case of Issues
