Experience: 8+ Years

Notice Period: 0-15 Days

You are required to have skills in the following areas:

• 8-10 years of SAP experience with expertise in SAP Service Delivery, AMS, and Project Management.
• Proven experience leading SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and AMS engagements with 20+ member teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, RISE, SAP BTP, and end-to-end SAP landscape; deep expertise in at least two SAP modules.
• Manage end-to-end SAP service delivery, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance, system stability, and high-quality support.
• Drive stakeholder management, customer engagement, vendor coordination, and escalation management.
• Lead incident/problem management, process improvements, automation initiatives, and adoption of new SAP technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and customer-facing consulting skills.
