We are looking for a Workstation Services Engineer with 2-5 years of strong, proven experience in workstation management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PowerShell (a must-have) and Application Packaging (a must-have), along with good knowledge of SCCM and SQL. This role requires strong experience in Vulnerability Management, Intune Administration, and general Windows Administration, ensuring a secure and efficient end-user computing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support as a Workstation Services Engineer, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of end-user devices.
- Develop, maintain, and execute complex scripts using PowerShell (Priority 1 - Must Have) for automation, configuration, and management of workstations.
- Perform Application Packaging (Priority 2 - Must Have) for efficient deployment and management of software across the organization.
- Administer and manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune (Mandatory Qualification), leveraging its capabilities for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
- Implement and manage Vulnerability Management processes, identifying, assessing, and remediating security vulnerabilities on workstations.
- Provide comprehensive Windows Administration (EUTS - End User Technology Services) support, including operating system deployment, troubleshooting, and patch management.
- (Good to have) Utilize SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for system deployments, patch management, and software distribution.
- (Good to have) Leverage SQL knowledge for reporting and data analysis related to workstation services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex workstation-related issues, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with IT teams and end-users, providing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage time effectively and work independently on assigned tasks and projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of strong, proven experience as a Workstation Engineer.
- PowerShell (Priority 1 - Must Have).
- Application Packaging (Priority 2 - Must Have).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and its capabilities (Mandatory Qualification).
- Experience with vulnerability management tools and practices (Mandatory Qualification).
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and administration (Mandatory Qualification).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
