Work Set-up / Work Type: Onsite 1-year renewable contract

Schedule: Morning Shift, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We're looking for a Workplace Experience Contractor to support our team in Bangalore. This role offers the opportunity to manage workspace operations, lead office expansion projects, and drive community initiatives to support a growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee workspace management to ensure facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, coordinating with building management and IT.
  • Lead and support office expansion projects and new space fit-outs aligned with company standards.
  • Build and execute a calendar of social, wellness, volunteering, and community events.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including cleaners, building management, and suppliers.
  • Support workplace wellbeing initiatives to foster a positive environment.
  • Monitor budgets and timelines for workplace-related initiatives.
  • Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and proactive communication while supporting daily office operations.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in workplace experience, office management, facilities, or hospitality events management.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable with Google Suite, Slack, and HRIS systems (BambooHR a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships and supporting office expansion projects.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
