Description
We are seeking a skilled Workday Technical Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 6-14 years of experience in implementing and supporting Workday solutions, providing technical expertise, and ensuring successful client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and configure Workday solutions to meet business needs.
- Provide technical expertise in Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Integration modules.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Workday implementations.
- Assist in data migration and integration of Workday with other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday applications and integrations.
- Participate in user training and support post-implementation activities.
- Stay updated with Workday releases and enhancements to provide clients with up-to-date solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-14 years of experience in Workday implementation or support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, and Financials.
- Experience with Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
- Proficiency in Workday reporting and analytics.
- Understanding of data migration and integration best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
