Job Description

We are looking for a Workday PATT Consultant with 3–12 years of IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking (PATT) modules.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking (PATT).
• Strong experience in Workday implementation, configuration, and production support.
• Experience configuring Business Processes, Calculated Fields, Security, and Reports.
• Experience with Payroll processing, Absence Plans, Leave Accruals, and Time Tracking rules.
• Knowledge of EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday Integrations is preferred.
• Experience in UAT, client interaction, troubleshooting, and Workday release support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Workday Certification in Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking and experience with at least one end-to-end Workday implementation.
