This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule, over the course of time.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, Workday HCM Senior Consultant located in Bengaluru - responsible for managing and optimizing the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and maintaining the HCM modules, providing consultation on best HR practices, managing employee Benefits, Compensation, and Absence supporting any HR-related initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with internal [HR team, L& D, TA, IT, Finance and Payroll, Benefits, Compensation] and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective use of the Workday system.

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation, Enhancements and Support.

• Proficiency in Human Capital Management and Human Resources (HR) skills.
• Knowledge and strong hands on experience with Core HR, Employee Benefits, Absence, Compensation and Consulting.
• Workday Integrations experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
