Job Description
The
Package Consultant is responsible for implementing and supporting
Workday Core HCM and
Core Compensation modules for clients. This role combines consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to configure Workday solutions aligned with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct planning and fit analysis to align Workday configuration with client requirements
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Perform configuration, unit testing, rollout, and post-implementation support
- Resolve configuration and functional issues across Workday HCM and Core Compensation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of Workday solutions
- Provide guidance and support to clients on Workday best practices
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM and Core Compensation modules
- Hands-on implementation and configuration experience
- Functional expertise in HR processes, compensation management, and system workflows
- Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution capabilities
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to provide post-implementation support and guidance
