JOB DESCRIPTION

Workday Core HCM, Recruiting & Learning - Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES

Roles & Responsibilities: Core HCM/Security Functional Consultant

  • Responsible for client deliverables (functional/technical) of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements
  • Understands Workday security domains and how to maintain security on business processes
  • Responsible for tenant build using workbooks, provision and administer PAAS Environment Strategy, Tenant build, Deploy, Bug fix support & report creation.

Must-Have Certifications


  • Workday HCM Core

Experience & Background


  • BE/ B. Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA
  • 3-6 years of IT experience
  • Professional Experience of at least 2 years in implementing or supporting Workday.
  • Have completed at least 1 end to end Workday implementation as a Core HCM, Recruiting & Learning - Module consultant

Required Skills/Experience:


  • Good exposure and hands-on experience in Core HCM, Recruiting & Learning modules.
  • Experience in Implementing, Configuring, and Supporting more than one project in Workday Core HCM, Recruiting & Learning areas.
  • Knowledge of touch points related to HCM module.
  • Must have worked on configuring complex Business processes.
  • Exposure to Customer central, Knowledge of handling Employee, set up data related EIBs, Advance Loads, iLoad's and Migration Recipe.
  • Ability to create Advanced custom reports, Custom Worklets, Custom Objects, Calculated fields.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities

Preferred Skills/Experience:


  • Good to have reporting experience
  • Knowledge of Advanced Compensation Configuration items and flow of Compensation Review Process.
  • Experience in handling Country Specific Data requirements.
  • Highly self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership
