Job Description
Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration. Hands-on experience with Active Directory (Users, Groups, GPO). Exposure to VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter). Understanding of networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Remedy).
Provide L1/L2 support for Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022). Manage Active Directory: user creation, group policy updates, access management. Perform routine VMware administration (VM provisioning, snapshots, monitoring). Handle incident and service requests as per SLA. Monitor system health and perform basic troubleshooting. Manage patching, updates, and antivirus compliance. Support backup and restore activities. Maintain documentation and follow ITIL processes (incident/request/change).
