Your Role:
Are you someone who wants to focus on DevOps, Automation, and Cloud Technologies in your career As a Web Operations Engineer, you'll have a significant impact on the growth of our business through working on our on-prem and Azure oriented environment for our business applications. Your Impact:

  • In this role, you'll primarily be working with building and maintaining reliable, high available, and scalable infrastructure for our internal and publicly facing systems and/or services.
  • You'll be using various monitoring tools like SolarWinds Orion, Pingdom, Papertrail, Loggly and AppOptics to keep our systems healthy.
  • You'll be working with our CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployments.
  • You'll be working with tools and/or technologies like Git, GitHub, TeamCity, BuildMaster, Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud, AWS Cloud, Chef, NXLog, F5, Palo Alto, Akamai CDN.
  • You'll be using and extending existing scripts we use in our operations written in PowerShell.
  • You'll also be working closely with Software Development teams to provide support.
  • You'll participate in a weekly on-call rotation with other engineers.
  • You'll work the US Central time zone to support North American business hours.


Your Experience:
  • 3+ years of working experience having responsibilities of DevOps/SRE.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and best practices.
  • Having a good experience and understanding of Azure and/or AWS.
  • Experience with .NET applications, Web Servers, IIS, Windows, Azure, AWS, Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, IaC tools, Containers, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Proficient with at least one scripting language, preferably PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of common network services like TCP/IP, DNS, Web (HTTP/S), FTP, SMTP, Firewall, Load Balancer, Database, etc.
  • Knowledge of any server and application monitoring tools like SolarWinds products, New Relic, Datadog, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work the night shift, to support North American business hours.
  • Must be willing to be part of weekly on-call rotation to provide 24x7 support as needed.
