Web Hosting Administrator
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated cPanel Administrator to join our Server Team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and maintaining cPanel servers, ensuring the optimal performance, security, and availability of our web hosting environment. This role requires a strong understanding of server administration, cPanel and WHM configurations, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain Plesk, cPanel servers, ensuring all software and hardware are functioning correctly.Hosting Environment Maintenance:
Manage different web hosting control panels.
Manage web hosting environments (Apache, Nginx, etc.).
Configure and maintain WordPress, PHP, DNS, mail servers, FTP servers,
and other hosting-related services.
Monitor server performance and ensure high availability of hosted services.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor server performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve speed, stability, and efficiency.
Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, SSL certificates, and backups to protect data and ensure compliance with security standards.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hosting-related issues, including those related to email, PHP, DNS, FTP, and databases.
Backup Management: Regularly perform and manage backups, ensuring data integrity and availability in case of server failures.
User Support: Provide technical support to users, helping them with cPanel-related issues, account management, and hosting queries.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for server configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: Proven experience as a cPanel Administrator or similar role, with a strong background in hosting server management.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in cPanel and WHM administration.
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
Experience with web server technologies (Apache, Nginx).
Familiarity with PHP, MySQL databases.
Understanding of networking concepts and DNS management.Soft Skills:
