About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Web Developer Intern to join our development team. You will work on real-world client projects involving WordPress development, custom web applications, and MERN stack technologies. This is a paid internship that offers hands-on experience with modern development tools, industry best practices, and collaborative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites
• Customise WordPress themes and plugins
• Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into responsive web pages
• Build custom features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Develop frontend and backend applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code
• Debug, test, and optimise existing websites and web applications
• Collaborate using Git and GitHub for version control
• Integrate and work with REST APIs and third-party services
• Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design
• Basic understanding of React.js and Node.js
• Familiarity with the MERN Stack
• Experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, and page builders)
• Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub
• Understanding of REST APIs
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks
