Job Overview
We are looking for a highly versatile and creative Full Stack Developer who excels in modern web technologies (Next.js, Node.js, React.js, JavaScript) and has a strong eye for UI/UX design, along with basic videography skills to support our digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
Development
- Build and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and React.js
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services
- Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and responsiveness
- Manage CMS, admin dashboards, and dynamic content
UI/UX Design
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Work with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Ensure a balance between visual appeal and usability
Videography & Marketing Support (Preferred)
- Assist in shooting and editing short-form marketing videos
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign creatives
- Optimize media for web and social platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is a plus
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Next.js, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks
- Understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture
- Knowledge of Git and deployment workflows
- Hands-on experience in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles
