About the Role
Butterfly Technology LLC is seeking a talented and driven Web Developer & Marketing Coordinator who can support both website development and digital marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in both technical and marketing domains.
Key Responsibilities
Web Development
- Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress (Elementor/Classic editor/Custom themes)
- Build responsive, user-friendly layouts using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Manage plugins, themes, backups, hosting, and cPanel tasks
- Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO best practices
- Troubleshoot technical issues, fix bugs, and handle website updates
- Implement UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience
Marketing Coordination
- Assist in content creation, including website content, blogs, and social media posts
- Support SEO activities keyword optimization, metadata, technical checks
- Manage and track performance using Google Analytics & Search Console
- Coordinate basic digital marketing tasks such as email campaigns and landing pages
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital strategies
- Conduct competitor research and help improve online brand presence
Required Skills
- 12 years of experience as a WordPress Developer
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with Elementor or other page builders
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
- Ability to manage hosting, backups, and website migrations
- Good communication skills and problem-solving ability
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools (basic design skills)
- Knowledge of on-page/off-page SEO
- Familiarity with Shopify or other CMS platforms
- Understanding of marketing funnels and analytics reporting
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or a related field (preferred)
