This role will require the applicant to work within a tight team to design, develop and maintain data-driven software solutions including advanced RFID/NFC, Web, Mobile (iOS, Android, WP8) and Windows Desktop applications against MS-SQL Server and SQLite databases.
EXPERTISE
Dot net , c#, MVC, API service development , MS sql server.
1-3+ years of software engineering experience with .Net, C#
experience in building application APIs with REST services.
experience with web services and Entity framework
Experience building applications with data storage, data persistence and caching concepts using SQL and NoSQL technologies (SQL Server, MongoDB).
Working experience with Agile software development methods, scrum a plus.
Knowledge of software engineering best practices (Agile software development, test- driven development, unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, continuous Integration, continuous delivery) and experience to setup, configure and maintain a dev/build environment..
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
Strong problem-solving skills and assist Product Support teams in solving customer problems as needed.
Perform code reviews, create unit and integration tests, etc.
Understanding of writing good specifications, understanding requirements, and project management roles
Researching and exploring how to use new technologies and platforms.
Be a self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to collaborate with other programmers and help ensure successful team- based delivery
The developer is accountable for product tests to develop strong value propositions
This role will ensure data integrity by characterizing RFID product in RFID encoding systems and developing encode parameters.
This position has direct customer interaction to understand use cases and tagging requirements
Translate customer requirements into design of experiments to define and recommend RFID and IoT solutions.
Consult with market development managers sales team and customers with application testing and product recommendation
Responsible for the collection and analysis of customer and partner feedback on product samples

Qualifications
Bachelors degree with 1+ years engineering research scientific or related experience required, masters degree preferred
Experienced with application engineering processes: collect data interpret data translate to real world benefits and outcomes
Experience with RFID Wireless Communications protocols analog and power circuits and computer programming.
Skilled with applicable computer systems such as Microsoft Office Google Applications and function specific software.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations, demonstrated effectively working with cross functional teams
Keen interest in new technologies and their applications
Keen attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills with ability to be an advisor to clients and build strong and sustainable relationships
