We are looking for dynamic professionals with 4–10+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, or Private Banking to manage and grow relationships with HNI and Affluent clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with HNI/Affluent clients by understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment objectives.
• Provide research-backed advisory across Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Equity, Structured Products, and other wealth solutions.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews, identify investment opportunities, and recommend suitable strategies across asset classes.
• Drive business growth by acquiring new clients through networking and referrals while increasing Assets Under Management (AUM), revenue, and product penetration.
• Cross-sell and upsell investment, wealth, and protection products based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with research, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and superior client experience.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, compliance standards, and accurate client documentation.

Eligibility:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 4–10+ years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, or Private Banking.
• Strong knowledge of investment and wealth management products is mandatory.
• Certifications such as NISM, CFP, or CFA will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and consultative selling skills with a proven track record of managing HNI clients and achieving business targets.
