Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage and maintain inventory control systems to ensure stock accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure effective operations.
- Monitor warehouse performance and KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, shipping time, stock levels).
- Ensure the warehouse is compliant with health, safety, and legal standards.
- Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
- Optimize layout and storage systems for efficient space utilization.
- Maintain all equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to meet company goals.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
