Looking for Technical Recruiters to support US IT staffing requirements during US shift hours.
Responsible for sourcing candidates using job portals, ATS tools, and social networks.
Must handle W2/1099/C2C requirements and coordinate with US clients/vendors.
Should have strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in US recruitment cycle is preferred.
