Date: Friday, June 21st

Time: 2 PM to 7 PM

Title: Sales Development Representative

Experience: Freshers to 3 years

Work mode: 5 days a week in office

Shift: 5:30pm to 2:30am IST

Salary - 6.5 Fixed + Incentives

As part of our commitment to expanding our team, We're looking for resilient, motivated, and experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our remote team. Included: training program, Amazon Advertising certification, mentorship, benefits, and modern, metric-driven career advancement.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers

- Articulating the value proposition and helping customers understand how our solutions can solve their business problems

- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for our external sales team

- Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers

- Meeting and exceeding key KPIs, including those for outbound calls, meetings booked and conversion

Requirements:

- You should have at least 0 to 3 years of client facing experience working with US and/or North American customers

- You're OK working from 5:30pm to 2:30am IST (night shift)

- Fluent in English

- Resilient with a strong desire to succeed; 100% cold calling means rejection is part of the job, and you need to bounce back

- Call, nurture, and schedule appointments with cold leads; keep pipeline organized

- You're coachable, open to feedback and mentorship
