About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Vice President – Product Engineering to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of Digitys AI and enterprise software platforms.
You'll work closely with Product, AI, Design, and Leadership teams to build secure, scalable, cloud-native products while driving engineering excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering Leadership
- Lead Product Engineering, AI, Data, DevOps, QA, and Architecture teams.
- Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
- Define engineering standards, processes, and best practices.
Product & Technology
- Drive end-to-end product development.
- Design scalable SaaS and cloud-native architectures.
- Partner with Product teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Ensure product quality, security, scalability, and performance.
Innovation
- Champion AI, automation, and modern engineering practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of innovation and rapid execution.
Delivery
- Own engineering roadmaps, release planning, and product delivery.
- Improve development velocity through Agile and DevOps.
- Establish KPIs around quality, uptime, and engineering productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years in engineering leadership.
- Experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS or AI platforms.
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
