Client in Investment Banking Space
Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Leader to drive end-to-end hiring for our GCC/IT Captive clients in Investment Banking Space. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen, strategic workforce planning, and operational excellence to build high-performing teams. You will lead recruitment strategy, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure seamless hiring delivery aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Hiring & Planning
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to forecast talent needs and design workforce plans.
- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans aligned with project and business goals.
- Build and manage a robust talent pipeline for niche and high-demand IT roles.
- Lead employer branding and market mapping initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Recruitment Execution
- Own the full recruitment lifecyclefrom manpower planning, sourcing, assessment, and selection to offer management and onboarding.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Consultants and internal recruiters to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring delivery.
- Oversee and refine selection processes, interview frameworks, and assessment tools.
- Drive recruitment analytics to monitor time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Build capability within the TA team through regular training, best practice sharing, and performance reviews.
- Oversee recruiting operations including MIS reporting, dashboards, and process governance.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and data accuracy across all recruitment systems and trackers.
Stakeholder & Candidate Experience
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and deliver high satisfaction levels with business units.
- Design and implement candidate experience surveys; use insights to continuously improve the hiring journey.
- Manage compensation benchmarking, salary fitment, and offer negotiations effectively.
Requirements
- 915 years of progressive experience in IT recruitment with exposure to GCC or Captive center hiring in Investment Banking Space.
- Proven expertise in strategic hiring, workforce planning, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies, with the ability to identify and engage niche talent.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment metrics, data analytics, and modern sourcing tools.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
