About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President Contact Center to lead our multi-center BPO operations across India. The role demands proven expertise in P&L ownership, large-scale delivery management, client engagement, and transformation initiatives to drive profitability, efficiency, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end P&L responsibility across multiple delivery centers in India.
- Drive business performance, ensure SLA adherence, and exceed client KPIs.
- Lead and mentor large teams (thousands+ FTEs), building a high-performance culture.
- Champion client relationships and stakeholder management at the C-suite level.
- Spearhead operational transformation, digital adoption, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
- Expand service offerings across domestic and international markets.
- Align delivery with strategic objectives, scaling processes and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and operational resilience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1525 years of proven leadership in BPO / Contact Center operations.
- Strong track record in P&L management and multi-center operations leadership.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
- Expertise in domestic & international BPO operations, across voice, non-voice, and digital.
- Strategic thinker with exposure to AI/ML, automation, and CX transformation initiatives.
- Resilient leader with excellent people management, able to inspire large teams.
