Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for a leading digital payments platform.
• Provide expert support related to account management, transaction queries, and platform features.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering exceptional service standards.
• Adhere to process guidelines and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Graduate in any discipline.
