Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for the position of Voice Blended & Non Voice Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through both voice and non-voice channels, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Process customer requests and maintain accurate records of interactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and improve service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
