As part of the Global Shared Services (GSS) Creative Operations team, we deliver high-quality creative assets that support content launches, marketing campaigns, and owned & operated channels across global marketplaces.
The Creative Operations team operates as an internal creative agency, bringing together designers, art directors, program managers, and quality teams to deliver scalable, on-brand creative solutions. We support a high volume of work across multiple business lines, including Prime Video, Sports, Channels, and Studios, balancing creative excellence with operational efficiency.
Creative Operations is seeking a Visual Designer (Seasonal) with the ability to deliver clean, digital-ready designs based on established creative direction, style guides, and brand guidelines in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong design fundamentals, typographic expertise, and high attention to detail, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver at scale within defined timelines.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital design processes and tools, with experience working in high-volume environments. They are able to execute against established creative direction, adapt and version assets across formats and locales, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners. This role requires strong time management, flexibility, and the ability to quickly ramp up and contribute to production needs.
An online portfolio is required, along with successful completion of a design assessment.
Key job responsibilities
. Create on-brand digital design solutions that meet business goals and project requirements.
. Create best in class layouts and visuals that support and reinforce business objectives while partnering with business/marketing teams to ensure that designs meet brand and business needs.
. Present work to team and key stakeholders for review, feedback, and approval.
. Ensure design requirements are met in adherence with product/project guidelines.
. Follow and apply graphic templates and style guides.
. Help ensure quality control, while working closely with marketing stakeholders, design peers and quality specialist.
. Fulfill multiple projects requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines.
- Have an online portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and advertising experience across a range of media and platforms, along with work that reflects your design process
- Knowledge of Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, preferably in an agency or in-house creative environment
- Experience designing for digital platforms (web, social, O&O placements)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in the entertainment industry
- Knowledge of cutting-edge production technologies and delivery workflows
- Experience working for or with Creative Agencies
- Knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Experience with collaborative design tools (Figma)
- Understanding of marketing campaign execution across multiple channels
