About the Role
We're looking for a creative and highly organised Visual Content Producer to lead our photography, videography, and content operations — while also managing artist coordination and artwork documentation. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role for someone equally comfortable behind a camera and inside a spreadsheet.
What You'll Do
Content Creation & Production
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots — both in-studio and on-location across India
- Shoot and edit content for YouTube (long-form) and Instagram (Reels, short-form)
- Apply cinematic storytelling techniques to capture the spirit of art and creative communities
- Handle lighting setup, camera operation, and professional audio recording
- Manage production inventory, data backup, and shoot logistics
Post-Production & Design
- Edit video content using Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Retouch and colour-grade using Photoshop and Lightroom
- Create visual assets for digital platforms using Illustrator and the broader Adobe Creative Suite
Artist Coordination & Artwork Management
- Coordinate with painting artists and creators across multiple locations
- Manage artwork collection, documentation, and professional cataloguing
- Maintain artwork details in structured sheets and databases
- Handle artwork listings on the website, ensuring accuracy and presentation quality
What We're Looking For
- Strong photography and videography skills — camera handling, lighting, and audio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom; basic Illustrator
- Genuine understanding of cinematic and visual storytelling for digital audiences
- Ability to coordinate artists and manage creative relationships professionally
- Detail-oriented approach to data management, cataloguing, and inventory
- Willingness and ability to travel anywhere in India for shoots
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, creative environment
