We are looking for aVisual & Graphic Designerwho can translate our premium, technology-driven ethos into impactful designs forB2B marketing and sales campaigns.

Role Overview

As ourVisual & Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creatinghigh-quality visual assetsthat engage corporate decision-makers, support the sales process, and strengthen Boon's brand identity across all platforms.

You will work closely with theB2B Sales, Marketing, and Creative teamsto design everything from social media campaigns to pitch decks and large-format displays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create visually compellingbrochures, flyers, and case studiesfor corporate prospects.
  • Designsales presentations and pitch decksthat simplify complex product benefits.
  • Digital & Social Media
  • Design creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, and ad campaigns targeting corporate audiences.
  • Develop visually consistent templates for posts, carousels, and reels covers.
  • Performance Marketing Support
  • Design high-conversion display ads, remarketing banners, and landing page assets.
  • Adapt creatives for different ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Branding & Events
  • Create exhibition/event backdrops, roll-up stands, and large-format brand graphics.
  • Ensure all assets maintainpremium brand identity.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work with content writers, social media managers, and marketing leads to align visuals with campaign objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 35 yearsof experience in visual/graphic design, ideally inB2B or premium lifestyle/technology brands.
  • Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong skills inFigmaandCanvafor quick-turnaround work.
  • Understanding ofcorporate design language(minimal, premium, impactful).
  • Basic motion design/video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut) preferred.
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling abilities.
  • Experience designing fordigital, print, and large-formatoutputs.
  • Portfolio showing versatility inB2B marketing materials.

Tools & Platforms
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Figma, Canva
  • Premiere Pro, After Effects (preferred)
  • Google Workspace, Notion, Slack

Soft Skills
  • Creative problem-solver who understandsbusiness objectives.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
