Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Calling & Attendee Engagement (Primary Role):
- Making outgoing calls to invite visitors, delegates, and corporate professionals to the Convergence India Show.
- Handling incoming calls and answering basic questions from people interested in attending.
- Coordinating with speakers and sponsors when required to support attendee engagement activities.
- Helping manage delegate registrations and resolving simple queries.
- Recording call details and visitor information accurately in spreadsheets or databases.
- Data Entry & Coordination:
- Entering and updating data in Excel sheets and internal systems.
- Checking that all information added is correct, complete, and properly formatted.
- Collecting and organizing details of delegates, exhibitors, and partners.
- Assisting in preparing basic reports when required.
- Supporting general coordination and administrative tasks assigned by the team.
