Job Role & Responsibilities

• IT Sourcer Role - Strong IT hiring skills , with excellent sourcing skills from linkedin , naukri & various other chanels . (Should have experience in hiring for multiple skills like SAP , cyber security )
• IT Recruiter Role - Strong IT hiring expert with stakeholder management skills .
• Non IT Sourcer - Strong Non IT Sourcers from consulting background are preferred , or from any industry with strong sourcing skills .
• Non IT Recruiter - Strong Non IT hiring expert with stakeholder management skills from consulting space .
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic understanding of IT systems, Knowledge of MS office ( MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc)
• Have the ability to work under pressure stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours
• Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic
