Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and skilled Photographer & Videographer/Editor to capture, produce, and edit high-quality photos and videos that align with our brand vision. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in shooting and editing, along with a keen eye for detail, storytelling, and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Photography & Videography
- Capture high-quality images and videos for marketing campaigns, events, products, social media, and promotional materials.
- Plan and execute shoots, including lighting, framing, and scene setup.
- Operate professional camera equipment, drones, gimbals, and other gear as required.
- Ensure timely delivery of raw and edited visuals.
- Editing & Post-production
- Edit photos using tools like Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom.
- Edit videos (color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, transitions) using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Create highlight reels, promotional videos, and social media clips.
- Optimize media formats for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, websites, etc.).
- Creative & Strategic Input
- Collaborate with the marketing/design team to develop concepts and storyboards.
- Suggest new ideas, trends, and creative approaches for content creation.
- Maintain brand consistency in all visual outputs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a photographer, videographer, and editor (portfolio required).
- Strong knowledge of professional camera systems, lighting equipment, and studio setups.
- Proficiency in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom.
- Knowledge of sound editing, color grading, and motion graphics is a plus.
- Creativity with excellent visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Photography, Film, Media, or related field (not mandatory if skilled).
- Experience in social media content creation for brands/restaurants/events.
- Knowledge of drone videography and 360/VR content creation (bonus).
