Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilledVideographer / Animator to lead the creation of visually engaging content for our upcoming beauty brand. You will be responsible for producing and editing high-quality videos, animations, motion graphics, and GIFs for digital platforms, including short-form and long-form content tailored for social media and campaign launches. This is a hands-on role suited for a proactive, trend-savvy individual with a deep understanding of digital storytelling and aesthetic design.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Video Production & Editing:End-to-end video creation from concept to delivery including filming, editing, and post-production.
- Animation & Motion Graphics:Create animated videos, explainer videos, GIFs, and motion design elements to enhance storytelling.
- Content Creation for Social:Develop social-first video content (Reels, Gifs, YouTube Shorts, etc.) aligned with beauty trends and digital best practices.
- Trend Research & Ideation:Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and content formats to propose innovative video concepts.
- Brand Alignment:Ensure all video and animation content aligns with brand tone, visual language, and campaign goals.
- Collaboration:Work closely with brand, marketing, and product teams to interpret briefs and deliver on business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in film, Animation, Design, Communication, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in videography, editing, and animation. Preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion sectors.
- Expertise in video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
- Proficiency in motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, and GIF creation.
- Strong understanding of social media content formats, algorithms, and trends.
- Exceptional eye for design, composition, storytelling, and pacing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
