Job Summary
We are looking for a Video Shooter / Videographer with 2–3 years of experience to create high-quality visual content for brand marketing, product storytelling, customer engagement, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in camera operations, lighting, composition, and on-ground production, with the ability to capture engaging visuals aligned with brand objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for product launches, customer testimonials, interviews, events, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Handle end-to-end video production including camera setup, lighting, framing, and audio recording
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to understand campaign goals and execute visual storytelling effectively
- Shoot product demos, office culture content, leadership interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage
- Ensure proper lighting, sound quality, composition, and visual consistency across all shoots
- Operate and maintain cameras, lenses, gimbals, microphones, and other production equipment
- Coordinate shoot schedules, locations, and production requirements
- Capture footage optimized for multiple platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and paid ads
- Support post-production teams by organizing raw footage and ensuring smooth handoff for editing
Skills & Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless/Cinema Cameras
- Good understanding of lighting techniques, framing, composition, and camera movements
- Experience using gimbals, tripods, microphones, and stabilizers
- Familiarity with video production workflows and shoot planning
- Basic understanding of video editing software such as
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- Knowledge of audio recording equipment and lighting setups
- Ability to manage indoor and outdoor shoots efficiently.
