Video Editor

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Rajkot. The Video Editor will assemble and edit raw footage into polished videos for animations, commercials, music videos, and other studio projects, ensuring smooth storytelling and consistent visual style. Daily responsibilities include organizing media assets, applying transitions and effects, incorporating motion graphics, and performing basic sound synchronization in coordination with animators, designers, and producers. The role involves color grading, refining timing and pacing, and preparing videos in multiple formats and resolutions for various platforms. The Video Editor will also collaborate on creative concepts, maintain project documentation, and adhere to brand and client guidelines while meeting production timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong video production and video editing skills, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
• Proficiency in video color grading and visual optimization to achieve consistent, high-quality output.
• Ability to create and integrate motion graphics and graphics elements that enhance storytelling and brand identity.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and compositing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Understanding of different video formats, frame rates, codecs, and delivery specifications for digital and broadcast platforms.
• Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to work from briefs, storyboards, and animatics.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
• Experience in animation, or creative studio environments is an advantage.
