About Brick Brown

Brick Brown is a premium home and lifestyle brand rooted in the philosophy of Classy Comfort and Modern Heritage. We specialize in handcrafted, artisanal home products made from rich materials like solid acacia and mango wood. We are looking to scale our visual storytelling, and we need a creator who understands how to make functional home goods look like high-end editorial art.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, highly creative, and execution-focused Video Editor & Visual Designer to join our new Gurugram studio. This is not an entry-level role; we need an independent professional who intrinsically understands the nuances of premium branding and can drive our visual aesthetic with confidence.

You will be the visual engine for the brand, taking raw footage and transforming it into striking, thumb-stopping content that evokes the high-fashion, editorial feel. You will elevate our daily visual output across all platforms to ensure it consistently reflects a Quiet Luxury ethos.

What You Will Do:
  • Master Video Editing (80% of the role): Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and performance marketing videos. You must excel at cinematic color grading, sophisticated audio syncing, pacing, and applying premium transitions to elevate everyday home organizers into objects of desire.
  • Static Design (20% of the role): Design polished, minimalist static graphics for our website, marketplace listings, and social media.
  • Brand Guardianship: Ensure every single frame of video and every pixel of graphic design strictly adheres to our elevated brand voice without requiring constant micro-management or hand-holding.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience: 2–4 years of professional editing and design experience. Your portfolio must immediately demonstrate an advanced understanding of premium, high-end visual storytelling.
  • Software Mastery: Exceptional, professional-grade proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator are also mandatory. (We need robust technical expertise, not just quick CapCut edits).
  • Aesthetic Alignment: A natural, sophisticated eye for modern heritage and quiet luxury.
  • Agility & Ownership: The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced studio environment, taking absolute ownership of your workflow and immense pride in the final export.
