This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor & Videographer role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing video content for a variety of client and internal projects, from concept through final delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and operating cameras and related equipment, capturing high-quality footage, and organizing and managing media files. The Video Editor & Videographer will edit videos for different platforms, apply sound design and basic color adjustments, and collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to refine the narrative and visual style. The role also includes contributing creative ideas, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications

  • Strong video production skills, including camera operation, lighting, and on-set audio capture.
  • Proficiency in video editing and video color grading using professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
  • Experience creating motion graphics and integrating graphics into video content to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage the end-to-end video workflow, from pre-production planning to final export and delivery.
  • Solid sense of composition, pacing, and visual narrative, with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to take feedback and adapt quickly.
  • Portfolio demonstrating relevant video projects; experience in agency or client-facing environments is a plus.
  • Preferred: Formal training or a degree in film, media, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
