About the Role
StarNext Softech is looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can transform ideas, raw footage, and brand concepts into engaging, premium-quality visual content.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, along with a solid understanding of motion graphics, storytelling, sound design, transitions, typography, and modern social-media editing trends.
Key Responsibilities
Edit professional Reels, promotional videos, advertisements, brand films and social media content
Create high-quality motion graphics, animated typography and visual effects
Work proficiently with Adobe Premiere Pro & Adobe After Effects
Handle colour correction, colour grading, transitions and video enhancement
Add appropriate sound effects, music, voiceovers and audio synchronization
Create engaging hooks and fast-paced edits suitable for Instagram, YouTube and digital advertising
Convert creative briefs and scripts into visually compelling videos
Collaborate with the Social Media, Content and Creative teams
Maintain consistency with clients brand identities and visual guidelines
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines without compromising quality
Required Skills
Must Have:
Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro
Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
Excellent understanding of Motion Graphics & Motion Video Editing
Sound design and audio-editing knowledge
Colour correction & grading
Typography and text animation
Creative transitions and visual effects
Strong sense of timing, pacing and visual storytelling
Understanding of current Reels and short-form video trends
Preferred
Candidates with experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency, Creative Agency or Production House will be preferred.
A strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory and will be given more importance than qualifications.
