Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Video Editor who understands both creativity and performance. Someone who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping ads and short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube.
Responsibilities
Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and paid ad campaigns
Build storylines, transitions, sound design, and text-based edits that hold attention
Adapt client footage, shoots, and stock clips into polished marketing assets
Create video variations for A/B testing and campaigns
Work closely with designers and creative leads to execute ideas
Deliver fast, organised, error-free outputs within deadlines
Stay updated with editing trends, hooks, transitions, and viral formats
Requirements
Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (After Effects is a plus)
Ability to edit for social platforms and ad-friendly formats
Strong storytelling, pacing, typography, and colour/sound sense
Experience in a creative agency or social-media first brand is preferred
Preferred Skills
Motion graphics and text animation
Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused editing
Knowledge of vertical formats, aspect ratios, and platform requirements
Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
