Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in kerala, India. The Video Editor will assemble, edit, and refine video content for agency and production company clients, ensuring alignment with creative briefs, brand guidelines, and delivery specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing footage, selecting and trimming clips, applying transitions and effects, and collaborating with producers and animators to maintain visual quality and narrative flow. The role also involves color correction and grading, creating or integrating motion graphics and basic visual assets, managing project files, and preparing final exports in multiple formats. The Video Editor will participate in internal reviews, incorporate feedback efficiently, and help improve editing workflows and asset management processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including assembling timelines, synchronizing audio, and structuring clear visual narratives.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to correct exposure, balance color, and create consistent looks across projects.
• Experience with Motion Graphics, including creating or integrating animated elements, titles, and lower thirds.
• Ability to work with Graphics, such as logos, static visual assets, and simple design elements within video compositions.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced post-production environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and a client-focused mindset.
• Relevant post-secondary education in film, media production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing, grading, and motion graphics work across different formats and styles.
