Video Editor (Intern)

Role Description The Video Editor (Intern) will be responsible for editing and producing video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and ecommerce platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions, text overlays, and basic motion graphics, as well as synchronizing audio and optimizing video quality. The intern will collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to adapt videos for different formats, maintain consistency across channels, and deliver projects within agreed timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, where the intern will gain hands-on experience in video production workflows and content creation for digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and basic understanding of shooting workflows and formats.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing, including cutting, sequencing, and adding transitions and effects.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading, with the ability to adjust color, exposure, and overall visual tone.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, lower thirds, and simple animated elements.
• Familiarity with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and feedback constructively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Pune.
• Relevant coursework or projects in media, film, design, or digital marketing are preferred; prior internship or freelance experience in video editing is an advantage.
