Key Responsibilities
Assist in editing short-form and long-form video content for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns.
Arrange raw footage, sync audio, and create smooth, polished edits.
Add transitions, sound effects, colour corrections, motion graphics, and subtitles as needed.
Work with the creative director and designers to bring concepts to life.
Manage project files, exports, and versioning.
Stay updated with the latest editing trends, social media formats, and platform requirements.
Requirements
Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Canva
Familiarity with After Effects or motion graphics is a plus.
Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and rhythm.
Ability to take feedback and make revisions quickly.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Media, Film, Design, Communication, or any creative field.
Portfolio of previous work (college projects, personal edits, reels, YouTube videos, etc.) is highly preferred.
Location & Duration
Location: On-site
Duration: 36 months (extendable based on performance)
Stipend range: 10K to 20K per month
