About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to join our post-production and storytelling team at Pansoriya Foods Pvt. Ltd. (Churan Chacha).

This role offers hands-on experience in editing content across various formats from podcasts and web-series episodes to reality show segments, digital campaigns, and social media reels.

Key Responsibilities

* Edit short-form and long-form content podcasts, episodes, reels, promos, and digital videos.

* Ensure proper story flow, pacing, and emotional rhythm in every edit.

* Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and VFX teams to deliver cohesive outputs.

* Add music, sound design, transitions, color correction, and finishing touches.

* Adapt edits for multiple platforms YouTube, Instagram, OTT, and campaign videos.

* Manage raw footage, file organization, and project timelines across multiple episodes.

* Assist in post-production tasks rough cuts, syncing, and final exports.

* Contribute creative ideas, new editing formats, and trends to enhance audience engagement.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects (basic motion graphics).

* Understanding of cinematic pacing, narrative flow, and visual storytelling.

* Knowledge of color grading, audio sync, transitions, and multi-cam editing.

* Ability to maintain brand tone and deliver consistent output.

* Prior experience in editing content, student films, or short-form videos (preferred).

* A portfolio or showreel is mandatory.

Learning & Exposure

*Hands-on experience with the complete post-production pipeline.

* Work directly with creative directors, editors, VFX artists, and producers.

* Exposure to editing web-series, reality shows, campaign videos, and branded content.

* Learn content pacing, cinematic storytelling, and large-scale media production workflows.

Compensation & Growth_

* Stipend: 7,000 15,000 per month (based on skill level)

* Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): Starting from 3.6 LPA after successful internship

* High performers may progress to Assistant Editor or Junior Editor roles in ongoing productions.

* On-site role at our Media Production Studio in Jaipur.
