About the Role

This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end video editing process and delivering high-quality, ad-ready videos that meet brand and performance standards. The Video Editor will focus on creating engaging hooks, maintaining consistent quality, and ensuring timely delivery across projects.

The objective of this role is to support scalable video production by combining speed, clarity, and creative execution, while minimizing revisions through strong alignment with briefs and expectations.

In short: Ensure speed, quality, clarity, and scalability in video production.

Working Time

• 9 hours per day
• 6 days per week
• Video editing is the core responsibility during work hours

Primary ResponsibilitiesDaily Responsibilities

• Edit short-form ad videos for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Apply hooks, subtitles, b-roll, sound effects, and pacing
• Export videos in correct specifications and formats

Skills & Competencies RequiredTechnical Skills

• Short-form video editing
• Understanding of hooks, pacing, and ad creatives
• Subtitle and caption creation
• Basic motion/text animation
• Exporting in multiple aspect ratios
