Key Responsibilities
- Video & podcast editing:
- Edit short- and long-form videos (YouTube, Reels/Shorts, webinars, explainers, testimonials).
- Edit podcast episodes (basic cleanup, adding intro/outro, simple sound design).
- Add captions, b-roll, basic transitions, and simple motion graphics.
- Repurpose long videos/podcasts into short clips for social media.
- Design & graphics:
- Design eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube and social platforms.
- Create social media posts (carousels, quote cards, announcement posts, stories).
- Maintain visual consistency with the brand style (fonts, colors, logo use).
- Support in creating basic presentation slides or simple PDFs when needed.
- Content & collaboration:
- Work with the marketing/content team to understand the goal of each piece.
- Suggest creative hooks, text overlays, and formats to improve engagement.
- Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and asset libraries.
- Stay updated with trends in social-first content (reels, shorts, TikTok-style edits).
